What is Packaged CCE API?

Packaged CCE has a new user interface for day to day management of agents, skills, etc. This interface is REST API driven and these configuration APIs can be used for integration into 3rd party applications. Various Contact Center Enterprise objects can be managed using these APIs for the Packaged CCE deployment. These include, but not limited to, the following

Agent related elements, such as:
  • Agents
  • Teams
  • Skill Groups
  • Attributes
Call related elements, such as:
  • Dialed Numbers
  • Call Types
  • Expanded Call Variables
Deployment related information, such as:
  • Deployment Type
  • Deployment Capacity
Bulk create or update elements, such as:
  • Agents and their Skills, Attributes, and Teams
  • Dialed Numbers and their associated Call Type
