XML API 11.0.0 SP4 Release Notes

Note: The XML API 11.0.0 SP4 release does not change schema definitions. This release only contains a change to an existing API.

Changed behavior for XML API CreateMeeting.

Due to a bug fix, the XML API CreateMeeting has a changed behavior. Previously, in a scheduled Meeting Center meeting using CreateMeeting, only hosts could view the Participant List by default. With this release the behavior has changed so that normal meeting attendees can see the Participant List.
