Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (Packaged CCE) is a pre-packaged, predesigned, bounded solution built using Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center, Cisco Finesse, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Packaged CCE provides rich contact center functionality – call processing, prompts and rich VXML scripting, voice response collection, agent selection, queuing and reporting on a single server deployment (need two servers for redundancy). It offers on-box features like Precision Routing, Whisper Announcement, Agent Greeting, Courtesy Callback, Outbound, Mobile Agents, etc. With its simplified install, deployment and management interface, Packaged CCE delivers a streamlined user experience.
