TSP Hybrid Audio and TSP
The figure below is a high level view of the TSP Partner VoIP Client within the TSP architecture.

The first thing to note in this figure is that the TSP Hybrid Audio SDK provides communication between the Partner VoIP client and the Meeting Center (MC). It is labeled Client API in the figure. Another important relationship this diagram demonstrates is that the TSP Partner Environment and VoIP client are partner modules. That is, they are not supplied by WebEx Meetings.
The TSP API now has new functionality that enables it to communicate with the TSP Hybrid Audio Client SDK and the partner VoIP client. The next diagram details this pathway.
New Communications Path
The figure below shows the details of using the enhanced TSP API to provide a back channel communications link between the Partner VoIP Client and the Partner TSP Adapter.

This diagram shows that the partner TSP Adapter can communicate, through the Cisco Collaboration Cloud, with the Partner Client. This back channel communication is made possible by enhancements made to the TSP API for the TSP Hybrid Audio SDK.
One possible use of this channel could be to troubleshoot a VoIP connection. If a problem is found, using this channel the Partner TSP Adapter could send a new IP address for the call to the VoIP client.
