Troubleshooting Tips
If the Call using Computer button does not appear in the dialog box, try these solutions in the order given:
- Check that Cisco WebEx Meetings has enabled the WebEx meeting Center for the TSP Hybrid Audio Client SDK.
- Check that Cisco WebEx Meetings has configured the WebEx Meetings installation to use TSP Server 3.5.6 or higher.
- Check to make sure the HybridSDKEnabled attribute for the TSP Hybrid Audio Client SDK interface, A2W_RspCreateConference, is set to Enabled.
- Check to make sure the TSP Partner VoIP client in installed on the User's computer.
- Check to make sure the Adhocinstall attribute for the TSP High-powered Audio Client SDK interface, A2W_RspCreateConference, is set to True.
- Check that the TSP Partner VoIP client passes verification. Its hash values need to match those in the client hash list.
- Check to make sure the HybridClientURL attribute for the TSP High-powered Audio Client SDK interface, A2W_RspCreateConference, is set correctly.
