Troubleshooting Tips

If the Call using Computer button does not appear in the dialog box, try these solutions in the order given:

  1. Check that Cisco WebEx Meetings has enabled the WebEx meeting Center for the TSP Hybrid Audio Client SDK.
  2. Check that Cisco WebEx Meetings has configured the WebEx Meetings installation to use TSP Server 3.5.6 or higher.
  3. Check to make sure the HybridSDKEnabled attribute for the TSP Hybrid Audio Client SDK interface, A2W_RspCreateConference, is set to Enabled.
  4. Check to make sure the TSP Partner VoIP client in installed on the User's computer.
  5. Check to make sure the Adhocinstall attribute for the TSP High-powered Audio Client SDK interface, A2W_RspCreateConference, is set to True.
  6. Check that the TSP Partner VoIP client passes verification. Its hash values need to match those in the client hash list.
  7. Check to make sure the HybridClientURL attribute for the TSP High-powered Audio Client SDK interface, A2W_RspCreateConference, is set correctly.
